  • Do you offer returns or exchanges on merchandise?
    • If one of our products arrives damaged, the item can be returned at the buyer's shipping expense within 14 days for full refund of the hat itself. 
  • What is your shipping process?
    •  Once the hat order has been completed, the item(s) are packaged and sent out the next day.
